The Clothing & Apparel Matrix

General billing apps (like Khatabook or MyBillBook) treat all products the same. But clothing retailers know that a single “Polo T-Shirt” isn’t just one product. It comes in 5 sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL) and 4 colors (Red, Blue, Black, White). That’s 20 unique SKUs.

BillZ features a dedicated Apparel Industry Mode. When onboarding, if a user selects “Clothing Store”, BillZ unlocks advanced Variant Matrix grids. You can manage sizes, colors, and stock levels in a unified, intuitive table rather than creating 20 separate messy items.

Instant WhatsApp Receipts

Paper receipts are expensive and bad for the environment, but customers still want proof of purchase. BillZ bridges the gap between offline billing and digital convenience.

Through our seamless integration, BillZ can generate a beautiful PDF invoice and instantly dispatch it to the customer’s WhatsApp number. This builds your customer database while reducing thermal paper costs.

The user clicks “Connect Account” in the local BillZ app.
It securely opens the JiApps web portal.

An RSA-signed license key is generated and automatically injected back into the local BillZ app.
